What is Obicà Mozzarella Bar?
Obicà Mozzarella Baropened in Rome in 2004, and it has been attracting attention as a restaurant with a new, never-before-seen style. Branches opened in cities like NY and London, and in 2008, the first Asian branch opened in Roppongi Hills, the second in Tokyo Midtown in 2013, the third one in Yokohama and Osaka in 2014 and the fifth restaurant in Takanawa in 2018. The distinctive décor, finished in black, brings out the beautiful color of the mozzarella and fresh ingredients on display on the counter.
