Japan’s first roll ice cream specialty shop “Roll Ice Cream Factory” a trend taking Japan by storm will be opening a new store in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture on Saturday the 13th of October, 2018. The new store will be opening on the second floor of “Naha Opa”. The specialty shop, known for its cute, delicious and Instagenic roll ice cream will be the first of its kind opening in the Kyushu area. Once you place your order, you will see the ice cream in front of you twirling and rolling on the plate in minus 10 degrees. The fun part comes when you’re able to make your own original ice cream by choosing sweets, fruits, toppings and sauces. The head office is located in Omotesando, Harajuku and opened in 2017. After which two stores opened in Osaka with another store opening in Nagoya.
The Naha store features the first photo spot specifically for taking pictures as though you’re in a roll ice cup. It’s perfect for Instagram. On opening day, the first 100 customers will receive original goods gifts of the store original logo character “Kurukuru Ice no Shiro-kun”. As part of the opening campaign, until the 31st of October (Wednesday) the store is offering free toppings of your choice free! Don’t miss out on this special offer!
