The Sakura restaurant has traditional kaiseki course meals, featuring carefully selected ingredients, expertly prepared by the chefs. At the teppanyaki counter, chefs serve up the finest cuts of Japanese beef and seafood accompanied by seasonal vegetables, creating dishes that are a treat for both the eyes and the palate. For those craving sushi and sashimi, Sakura’s sushi counter brings diners the very best seafood delivered direct from the Toyosu fish market. While enjoying their meal, guests are treated to a view of an immaculate Japanese garden — the perfect backdrop to a fabulous dining experience. Rounding out the Japanese options is the Sakura tempura counter, where guests can experience perfectly battered and fried vegetables, seafood and more. Diners seated at the tempura counter are treated to views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge while they enjoy their food. Celebrate the summer

As the weather turns sultry and the days grow longer, the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is embracing the seasonal shift with accommodation plans and a variety of food and drink offerings.

To allow guests to experience the sights of Tokyo from a different perspective, the hotel is offering those staying in executive, family and suite rooms a sunset cruise around Tokyo Bay during their stays from late July to mid-August.

Bringing in a taste of the tropics, Seascape Terrace Dining will be holding both a Hawaiian Buffet for lunch and dinner, as well as a Hawaiian Afternoon Tea service through late August. The buffet will feature dishes such as pineapple salad, grilled pork, Hawaiian bouillabaisse and a carving station for whole hams. Hawaiian sweets include tiramisu made with Kona coffee, pineapple mousse, banana tarts, tropical Mont Blanc and more.

Nothing says summer more than barbeque and the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba delivers with their BBQ Terrace Ablaze. They have a Meat Lover Plan that includes a mixed green salad, seafood platter, various cuts of meat (with some being all-you-can-eat) and a variety of grilled vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms, corn, potatoes and peppers. Dessert is a waffle with vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce. There is also a 1-kilogram Tomahawk Steak Plate for two that comes with a jumbo sausage, grilled vegetables and four sauces.

For lunch, BBQ Terrace Ablaze has a lunch set that includes a mixed green salad, seafood platter, 150 grams of beef sirloin, Cajun chicken thigh, jumbo sausage, grilled vegetables and a waffle with vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce.
