Soirée Blanche – The white-themed summer dining event inspired by the French Riviera is celebrating its 10th anniversary!

The luxury hotel Grand Hyatt Tokyo, standing tall amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, is hosting an enchanting summer night event called Soirée Blanche at the all-day dining venue The French Kitchen. This event, themed around a white dress code inspired by the resort areas of southern France, will take place on six Saturdays this summer, from June 21, to August 30, 2025.

Soirée Blanche is an event with an all-white dress code, inspired by resort parties in Saint-Tropez. Located in the Côte d’Azur of southern France, Saint-Tropez is one of the world’s top resort destinations. Dishes and champagne are prepared by the chef on an open terrace as well as inside The French Kitchen, where you can feel a soft night breeze. Inside the venue, special white-themed decorations are set up, accompanied by live music and DJs.

This event was first held in 2015 – and this year, which marks the 10th anniversary, the theme is Garden of Dreams. Maintaining the all-white theme, colorful flower motifs are scattered to express a Garden of Dreams, adding splendor to the 10th anniversary celebration. This year’s event partner is Perrier Jouët, a prestigious, world-renowned Champagne house. Champagne with floral aromas perfectly match the theme of a Garden of Dreams.

On the terrace, the start of the event welcomes guests with a drink in hand. Five types of welcome canapés include king crab and avocado mini éclairs, beef fillet tagliata and salmon galettes. Additionally, the buffet table inside features grilled dishes that pair perfectly with the Perrier Jouët Champagne, including spicy beef rump and homemade tornado sausages. For dessert, seasonal mango cake is served, along with homemade ice cream.

About Perrier Jouët

Founded in Épernay in 1811, Champagne house Perrier Jouët is one of the oldest and most historic houses in France. Perrier Jouët’s champagne is one of a kind, with a floral aroma and complex flavor that reveals the true essence of Chardonnay. Since its founding, only eight cellar masters have inherited the techniques, skills and timeless traditions of champagne making. The brand is also deeply influenced by the founder’s love of nature and art. In 1902, in collaboration with Art Nouveau pioneer Emile Gallé, Perrier Jouët bottles were decorated with a Japanese anemone bordered in gold, which became the symbol of the Maison. Since then, Perrier Jouët has continued to collaborate with leading artists and up-and-coming artists such as Daniel Arsham, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, Makoto Azuma, and Tord Boontje.
