“Niku TATSU” is a remarkable spot where you can find A5 grade Omi beef, which is considered to be the pinnacle of Japanese beef, Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef and Omi beef, which is highly rare and valuable with only 5,000 cattle produced each year. Omi beef is the oldest of the three major Japanese beef brands with a history of 400 years. The highest quality Omi beef is raised on traditional fire-fed diets in the rich natural soil and water surrounding Lake Biwa and the Suzuka Mountains, and is characterized by its fine marbling, delicate muscles, and fragrant meat.

The Aoyama store opened in 2018 with the goal of letting Tokyo foodies learn the deliciousness of rare Omi beef. They opened a Ginza store in 2019 and a Shibuya store in 2021. The Nihonbashi Muromachi store is their 4th store, and with the theme of “Trust & Treat,” they are introducing the “YAKINIKU” culture in Nihonbashi, which has long been the Central Business District.

The Nihonbashi Muromachi store offers three types of course menus. Niku TATSU Enjoyment Course (¥7,700/2-hour all-you-can-drink included: ¥10,000), Omi Specialty Course (¥9,000/2-hour all-you-can-drink included: ¥11,300), Omi Nihonbashi Course (¥14,300/2-hour all-you-can-drink included: ¥ 16,600), the choice is yours. Their most recommended is the “Omi Special Selection Course,” includes 15 dishes. “Superior grilled loin shabu-shabu”, which offers the flavor of Omi beef; “broiled sirloin sushi,” with its aromatic roasted aroma and irresistible sweetness from the melting fat; and “Niku TATSU,” which uses high-quality red meat. You can enjoy Niku TATSU’s signature menu items such as “Yukhoe”.

The Nihonbashi Muromachi branch offers “Niku TATSU Carpaccio” that goes well with wine and champagne, “Sushi Tasting Comparison – Grilled Sirloin Sushi & Red Meat Grilled Sush” where you can taste and compare popular grilled sushi, and “Yukhoe Rice Bowl” where you can enjoy melt-in-the-mouth meat. There is also a limited menu, and we have a lineup of menus that allow you to enjoy the best Japanese beef “Omi beef” to your heart’s content.
